In an Access Tunnel Off Main Street

It is about 55F(12C) degrees.

Emmanuel says "Ow! "
"Move away, sir," Irene beseeches Emmanuel warily, holding their gun aimed at Mudripper, but unwilling to shoot.

Mudripper swarms after Emmanuel, a silent scream escapes the man as hundreds of eels try to anniliate Emmanuel

Cursing, Declan reengages Mudripper, trying to move away.

"God damn it," Emmanuel blurts out as he's stabbed, and then shot by his allies.

Emmanuel says "I need cover."
Valerie says "Right beside you."
The eel's are countless as Mudripper swarms over Emmanuel, each time one of the small creatures is shot and dies, another comes to take it's place

Vindicta shifts her body between Emmanuel and Mudripper and immediately drops to one knee, stowing her rifle for now to pull out a knife in one hand and a bandage in the other, quickly apply field aid to her commander's right arm.

Emmanuel doesn't look good, that's for sure, he's bleeding pretty heavily from the assault thus far.

Ritsuka keeps moving around, lining an arrow to pellet at the creature!

"Wounded," mutters Declan, trying to stumble away after such - "Fuck."

Valerie says "Declan, get to me!"
Ritsuka makes a grimace under the mask.

Declan says "Can't - move."
Emmanuel says "I'm going to die if I get hit again, folks."
Vindicta says "No shoot!"
Irene says "Stop! "
Irene says "Boss, retreat!"
Ritsuka lowers her bow. Making a grimace. "It might be for the best to retreat."

Declan says "Up the hatch?"
Declan says "Can't see."
Roars, making it's first noise since the battle began. Mudripper seems to be unstoppable. At least what has been brought against it isn't going to stop the creature tonight

Irene says "Yes. Get out. I'll cover the boss."
Ritsuka says "I'll try running away and hope I do it right."
With a hiss, Irene backs up from the spear that skims her chest, looking back at Emmanuel with discernible relief.

Declan says "Made it upstairs. Beating it to Narnia - need a doctor, I think."
Mudripper follows the retreating group out of the sewer. It smells blood and that blood belongs to someone.

Mudripper follows the retreating group out of the sewer. It smells blood and that blood belongs to the buzz cut man

Valerie says "Baptiste, hang in there!"
Irene says "Still trying."
Irene says, her Hispanic accent sounding choked up, "Boss didn't look good."
