Some people are so optimistic, so unfailingly positive, that they are positively insufferable. It's hard to say whether they've truly never experienced real adversity, or if their little bubble is so full of hot air that it bounced right off. Hailing from the little town of Sugar Creek, Ohio, Hannah Keefe is one such bastion of positivity. She's never had a grade that wasn't an A; she's never failed a test; she's never missed an assignment. If she's failed at anything, if anything bad has happened to her, it doesn't seem to show. While fellow owl Emily is her roommate and closest friend, she and Blair have a more competitive relationship and squabble incessantly. Hannah is aware of the supernatural world; her family has old ties with the Order, which played a part in her joining the Owls. Yet, somehow the terror and exploitation of the supernatural world just hasn't sunk in for her.
