Harmonious factions believe supernatural power causes corruption in a manner much like a drug addiction, which they believe can be managed with proper discipline. Many members of harmonious factions are ex-Order, but their ranks also include a number of humans who believe supers and humans can coexist. Harmonious faction members cannot be over concept tier 2 or vampires who feed on human blood. They receive reduced income from prisons. See 'help harmonious' in-game for detailed information. | |||
